With decades of experience as a professionally trained commercial artist and chicken farmer, Tammy brings both creativity and deep roots to everything she makes at Homestead Collective.

She handcrafts our beeswax wraps — a beautiful, eco-friendly alternative to single-use plastic wrap that brings a little artisan charm to your kitchen. Each wrap reflects her eye for design and her commitment to sustainable, intentional living.

As a decades long chicken farmer, Tammy is also deeply passionate about her personal flocks, carefully studying DNA, lineage, and genetics to develop intentional breeding programs. She offers eggs and hatchlings to those who share her love of backyard farming. Stay tuned for exciting new offerings coming soon from her flock!

A true creative at heart, she is also expanding her work with textile arts and custom printing — bringing even more handcrafted goods to the collective in the near future.

With a deep-rooted background in farming and a formal education in engineering, Ethan brings a rare combination of scientific thinking and hands-on agricultural expertise to Homestead Collective.

His passion for growing things is evident in everything he creates — from his carefully designed microgreen grow kits to his thoughtfully curated garden-inspired gifts. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just getting started, his kits make it easy and rewarding to grow your own nutrient-rich greens right at home.

Ethan approaches farming like a science, always experimenting, refining, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. That same curiosity and precision goes into every product he brings to the collective.

DAPHNE RODRIGUEZ — Co-Founder & Maker

With a love of the land and a passion for clean, intentional living, Daphne brings years of proven soap-making expertise to Homestead Collective. Having built and run a successful small soap business in New York from 2020 to 2025, she arrived in Tallahassee with the skills and vision to help bring the collective to life.

Daphne specializes in the cold process method, crafting goat's milk and aloe-based soaps that are as nourishing as they are beautiful. She grows her own aloe and is working toward using milk from her own goat herd — keeping her ingredients as homegrown as possible. Her natural line includes soaps, shampoo bars, hand salves, balms, and more, with every ingredient thoughtfully sourced — plant-based colorants, pure essential oils, no synthetics, no shortcuts.

She is currently building a dedicated maker space on her homestead, where she plans to host soap-making classes and create a gathering place for like-minded makers in the community to come together, share skills, and create.

When she's not in the soap studio, she's tending her homestead, caring for her goats, and planning her next batch.
