We also grind our own pomelo leaves and incorporate them directly into the soap, adding a gentle natural exfoliation and an extra layer of that beautiful pomelo aroma.
Pomelo leaves have long been incorporated into cleansing and purification traditions in various cultures, making this soap feel like more than just a beautiful citrus bar—a small daily ritual of renewal, made with botanicals from our own homestead.
Ingredients and their purpose:
Aloe - creates a thick moisture rich lather, soothes and promotes healing
Saponified oils (olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil, sunflower oil) - provides intense moisture, gentle on skin
Essential oils - aromatherapy, skin nourishing, antibacterial
Ground exfoliating dried pomelo leaves - provide gentle, natural exfoliation while releasing their fresh, green citrus aroma. Pomelo leaves have also been traditionally used in cleansing and purification rituals in various cultures.
